Xandor is an international company supplying both the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. We design and develop high quality plastic components, assemblies and systems, including exterior and interior (painted and unpainted) and functional black parts. We also supply equipment for air conditioning systems, power assisted steering, active ride suspension and oil cooling.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership & drive performance excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives across their respective mould facility.
- Ensure that all scheduled activities are communicated and monitored.
- Assume point of contact & escalation for team leaders, suppliers & customers maintaining effective communication between team leaders and the senior management team.
- Ensure safe systems of work are maintained throughout the business in accordance with HSE guidelines.
- Drive efficiencies & continuous improvement activities.
- Manage plant, materials and human resources effectively ensuring the delivery of the departmental KPI’s.
- Work & liaise with the wider team to resolve all production & delivery issues and maintain 100% DCI adherence to the best of your ability.
- Support and develop a continuous improvement culture.
- Support and develop direct reports in order to maximise performance.
The Candidate:
- Highly driven, proactive, hands on, determined, friendly, approachable personality and have a flexible approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety
- Has a can do, self-motivated attitude and is keen and eager to learn and develop.
- Knowledge of the automotive or plastic injection moulding sector is advantageous.
