The role of a Customer Service and Sales Advisor is to sell new and used vehicles and to provide each and every one of our customers with consistently high levels of customer service.
Starting an Apprenticeship at Your Car Supermarket will allow you to develop your skills and give you the potential to become a highly talented sales professional.
The role:
As a Sales Apprentice, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience:
- They are looking for an articulate professional who will build strong relationships with customers and the team.
- They want a candidate with a talent identifying and delivering on opportunities and prospects in a warm and friendly manner
- Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure
- You will be able to identify customer’s needs and sell with a specific solution that will be exactly tailored to their requirements.
- You will upsell and cross sell to other departments, always thinking of helping the business achieve the challenging targets set by the management.

The Candidate:
- Full clean driving license
- Computer literate
- Be able to work under pressure and be able to consistently achieve sales objectives.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision.
- Be friendly, reliable and responsible.
- Have excellent organisation and administrative skills.
- Be able to effectively operate as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills [written and verbal].
