The Company is an independent company delivering Telecommunications services across Mobile, Fixed and Optical Networks.
Job Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for site construction, including the timely delivery of site completion.
Key tasks:
- Managing site construction to agreed levels of quality
- Managing third party contractors
- Subcontractor tendering and minimising site costs and variations
- Keeping management fully informed of progress on site, reporting and escalation of issues
- Developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Acquire and utilise expertise in client technical requirements, specs, systems and working practices
- Reviewing design drawings and customer technical documentation to ensure sites meet required specs
- Ensuring planning and finance tracking is kept up to date at all times
The Candidate:
- Significant Experience in Telecommunications Construction gained on large scale deployment projects
- Able to manage subcontractor relationships
- Commercial awareness
- Good stakeholder management skills
