Job Title: Labourer (In House Maintenance)
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £18,198 – £18,933 per annum
Job type: Full Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)

The Role:
The Council’s property services team are looking for a Labourer to work in their maintenance team providing reactive maintenance across the Council’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general labourers tasks on Tenanted properties, Voids and public buildings
- Carry out reasonable allied duties as and when required
- Comply with requirements relating to vehicle use & maintenance
Key Requirements:
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that they can undertake a construction labouring role within a maintenance team to a high standard and should have a basic understanding of construction labouring, be able to take instruction from other tradesmen and have the ability to work on their own carrying out basic construction maintenance tasks including the collection and disposal of site materials.
Applicants will need to have the highest levels of customer care and have a cheerful and positive disposition.
A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
