Job Title: Stores Executive
Location: Yiewsley, West Drayton
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 17:30)

Main Purpose:
You will be actively involved ensuring that all warehouse processes and procedures are followed to ensure a high degree of inventory accuracy is maintained at all times i.e. stock integrity is constantly at a high level.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure goods are booked in using an in-house system
- Deal with all stock issues, including the replenishment of Engineers’ spares (kits or boot stock)
- Keep all areas in Stores tidy, clearly defined and labelled accordingly
- Effectively communicate to stakeholders when spares are despatched
- Ensure that stock is secure at all times and only handled by authorised personnel
- Ensure that all goods received are booked in on the day of receipt
- Carry out any other ad hoc tasks reasonably required by management
The Successful Candidate:
Knowledge/Skills
- Analytically minded with a keen focus on problem solving
- Knowledge of materials handling and Stores environments
- Ability to use Inventory Control Systems
- Have an understanding of Microsoft Office Package – Excel and Outlook
- A background in logistics with experience in stores, material handling and goods in preferred
- Able to work in a pressurised environment while delivering to targets
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties on a day-to-day basis
- Receptive to training and continuous improvement
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- FLT Counter Balance License Holder
