The Position: Business Development Executive.
It’s in the title – a dual role where you’ll be leading from the front dealing with a portfolio of existing clients to ensure the company achieves its monthly KPI’s and long term objective of growth.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and experienced direct sales professional. You will be able to work autonomously increasing profitability and maintain long term relationships. The Role
In this versatile position we require a personality driven approach so you get to work to your strengths. Here, there is the opportunity to work with independence and maximise results. Excellent organisational and listening skills are a prerequisite to join our team. You’ll receive full training in a fun team structured environment.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
On a day to day basis you’ll be proactively engaging with existing clients and pitching to potential new accounts. We see a lot of repeat business so there’s always the opportunity to upsell and renew. Ideally we’d like someone who possesses a natural confidence with friendly professional outlook along with experience in approaching and closing deals with senior managers including HR Managers, Directors and Consultants. You don’t have to have industry knowledge we can teach you that but we can guarantee the person who possesses a winners mind-set will be the successful candidate.

- Technological competency in using multiple IT systems and maintenance of CRM’s
- Confidence in building relationship using interpersonal skills with a positive mind set
- A desire to work within a team driven environment in the heart of Shoreditch (we’re not a call centre or corporate environment) your personality is a big deal

- Good negotiation, presentation and listening skills

In return we offer a salary package of up to £27,000 per annum with a generous monthly bonus package with realistic OTE’s of £40k – £45k in Year 1.
