Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Assistant
Location: Ormskirk
Salary: Minimum Wage plus commissions and bonuses
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent (24 hours per week, shifts will be flexible potentially up to full time)
The Company has an exciting opportunities for Sales and Customer Service team member to join their team based near Ormskirk.
Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Manage the reception desk
- Taking books and conducting tours of the Leisure Facilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material
- Generate sales
Key Requirements:
- Understanding of the Leisure Industry from sales or operational perspective
- Ability to effectively communicate with guest
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident computer skills
- Experience of working in leisure if possible
