The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified SWE registered Social Worker to join the agency’s successful Birmingham team.
Their child-centred ethos makes them stand out from the rest, as their Social Worker you will be offered full training and support throughout your career with them.
Your role will be exciting, varied, and flexible, with no two days ever being the same. You’ll operate both independently and as part of a team to build your own caseload, while working directly with the carers and young people within a residential home setting.
As a Social Worker you will maintain relationships with their current fostering households, while working to introduce new potential carers to the family
Key experience essential for the role:
- Confident working autonomously
- Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle for business use
- Relevant Social work degree or higher and SWE registered
- Experienced and newly-qualified, welcomed
- Ambitious, dynamic, confident and determined
- Any experience in residential care would be extremely helpful
