Job Title: Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor – 2-3+ years PQE Partnership Prospects

The Company is a small established firm of Solicitors providing primarily conveyancing and private client services.
The Role
The applicant must have the ability to deal with a caseload consisting of leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, the granting of new leases, transfers of equity, share ownership, new builds, re-mortgages and the transfer of business leases.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will be a team player working alongside the two Partners to help drive the firm forward and promote the firm to attract new clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as a Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor with prospects of partnership within 2-3 years.
The ability to engage with all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction to registrations is essential.
