Job Role:
This senior leadership role involves managing five operational service delivery teams within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing key client relationships
- Providing strategic support to the operational managers
- Ensuring service delivery exceeds client expectations
- Maintaining a commercial focus to support the growth of the client portfolio and new business
Experience/ Qualifications
- A qualified chartered accountant (this is essential)
- Have previous experience delivering commercial strategic solutions within professional services
- Previous experience of effectively managing various work streams whilst adhering to deadlines and utilising best practise tools and techniques is required
- Excellent communication skills, a strong results orientated work ethic
- An ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced multinational environment is essential for this role
