Job Title: Administrator
Location: Manchester

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week, 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday
The Role:
To communicate with customers and obtain purchase orders as well as provide general administrative support as and when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Use main computer system to create accurate costs, to reflect work carried out by engineers, under company guidelines and agreed timescale.
- To communicate with customers by phone/email/electronic platforms and obtain order numbers and invoice work carried out.
- Liaise with internal departments/depots to effectively answer any customer queries.
- To resolve any customer invoice queries, with customers and internal/departments/depots.
- At all times to deal with customers queries/enquiries politely, efficiently and effectively.
- Undertake other duties which the company may from time to time reasonably request.
- Complies with all aspects of ISO9001:2015 under your remit
The Candidate:
Essential:
- Basic Education required
- Relevant experience in a similar administrative / customer service role
Desirable:
- T. skills to include use of internal systems, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Effective communication skills both with internal and external contacts
