Job Title: Data Analyst
Salary: £18,000 – £25,000 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire
Position: Full Time, Permanent
The Company is a long-established small specialist company based in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire and through expansion is seeking a dynamic and energetic Data Analyst to join the team.
The role is primarily office based with occasional days working from home if required. The opportunity is a career opportunity with good training and lots of potential within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve detailed analysis of space usage, curriculum modelling and timetable analysis but prior knowledge of school curricula is not required as training will be given.
In addition, there will be a requirement to work with the marketing team to assist with analysis and reporting on national education data published by central government.
The Candidate:
- Excellent MS Excel skills and experience including:
- Pivot Tables
- Data Tables
- Arrays
- Understanding of the new Dynamic Arrays
- Good process development skills and experience
- Good SQL skills
- Business process re-engineering ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Systematic and disciplined analytical approach
- Ability to proactively manage own workload and be a self-starter
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- A great team player
- A desire to show initiative
- Used to a fast-paced office environment.
