Hours: Full Time, Permanent

At this School in Dolgellau they provide 38 to 52 week residential care with education to children and young people with a range of learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, and associated challenging behaviour.

The focus is to provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment where young people’s skills and aspirations can be encouraged to develop

  • Have exceptional communication skills

In return for your hard work and commitment the School will provide a menu of regular training in key areas such as Safeguarding, positive behaviour support, First Aid and many more

They welcome applications from people who don’t see this as just a job but a real chance to make a difference in the lives of the young people we support. If you’re passionate about a career in care then come and join the team!

Benefits:

  • Good Pension Scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Paid induction and training time
