You can be based anywhere across England and Wales as you’ll cover the whole of the UK. The business development team is focused on customer sectors rather than geographical locations. This is a senior position so as long as you are comfortable with significant targets and contract wins, they will give you the flexibility, tools and support to help you achieve them.
With colleagues who have lots of industry experience, you’ll get the support to develop your knowledge and your proposition. Not to mention, they are a Private Equity backed company, so the impressive growth they’ve achieved over the last few years will continue, which means there’ll be opportunities for development and promotion.
As far as understanding the sectors and services go, they provide a thorough induction and training programme to get you up to speed. If you have some knowledge of either the waste, logistics or hospitality industries that would help but it’s your ability to sell that is most important.

- Selling waste and recycling solutions to businesses
- Helping them to improve their environmental impact and reduce the waste they create
