They have a current need for experienced trainer/assessors (called ‘Business Change Facilitators’) in the areas of Food Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement, based in the regions of the North West and Midlands of England. Many of their programmes are delivered as Apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to an Operations Manager, the Business Change Facilitator manages a portfolio of learners for various clients across the region
- Deliver, teach, coach, inspire cohorts of learners
- Act as the primary liaison with clients
- Project manage activity on the client sites
- Assess candidates to apprenticeship frameworks and standards as appropriate
- Deliver functional skills (Maths and English) as part of the programmes where required
- Ensure records and audit trails are maintained
- Attend standardisation events, team events and CPD throughout the year
- Manage clients and learners to maximise learner achievements within realistic timescales
- Deliver quality programmes of intervention to clients
- Develop processes to maximise learner achievements
- Open to ongoing development and training as deemed appropriate by funding and assessment organisations
- Support the wider delivery team and business initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Qualified assessor e.g. A1, TAQA L3 or equivalent with PTTLS as a minimum
- 3+ years previous experience in a similar role, ideally within industry
- Exceptional communication skills to both learners and clients/customers
- Excellent customer focus with proven examples of ‘above & beyond’ customer service
- Highly competent with Microsoft office and cloud based solutions
- Current delivery of Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and/or Food Manufacturing programmes
Desirable
- Experience with E-Portfolio solutions beneficial
- An internal quality assurance qualification (V1, TAQA L4)
- For the CI roles, a Lean Six Sigma qualification such as BIT L3/Green Belt/Black Belt etc.
- For the Food roles, L3 or higher in Food Safety/HACCP etc.
