Job Title: Office Administrator

About the role:

The office administrator will be responsible for managing the accommodation for operational staff nationwide, they will also undertake administrative tasks to support the Directors PA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage accommodation throughout the business in conjunction to the ‘Master Programme’
  • Liaising with Site Managers Nationwide (right through from Bournemouth to Scotland)
  • Being efficient with platforms such as Airbnb, Travelodge, Premier Inn and booking.com
  • Managing cost when bookings are required
  • Support the implementation of our new booking travel portal ‘CliK’
  • Liaise with accounts for invoices and receipts of the bookings and expenses
  • Coordinate any cancellations or changes of the programme with the ‘Programme Manager’ to meet booking needs
  • Support the PA with any Ad Hoc duties (etc – organising client meeting for Directors)
  • Support with Director expense management
  • Welcoming & Directing visitors at Head Office
  • Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for staff
  • Undertake general correspondence with the support of the Directors PA
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff internally and externally for business needs.
