Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent – 40 hours per week.
Pearce Compaction Systems are manufacturers of Compactors & Balers for the waste and Recycling industry.
We have an exciting role for a MIG welder/ fabricator who will work assembling our machines in our workshop based in Verwood, Dorset
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Predominantly welding – Starting with the smaller Balers.
- Assembling Compactors and Balers.
- Non welding activities e.g. some forming/folding, grinding and fabricating
About you:
- Have a good knowledge of fabrication and site work in various aspects of metalwork
- A self-motivated individual
- Ability to work on your own.
- Fork Truck Licence preferable.
- Good communication skills
- Fits in well with a small team.
