About the role:
Are you passionate about fashion and eager to develop a career in retail? We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Retail Sales & Visual Merchandising Assistant to gain hands-on experience in menswear sales and store presentation while learning from seasoned professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales: Develop skills in assisting customers, providing styling advice, and understanding the art of selling premium menswear.
- Product Knowledge: Gain expertise in tailoring, fabric choices, and fit, particularly for Made-to-Measure garments.
- Visual Merchandising: Work closely with an experienced mentor to help dress mannequins and learn to create visually appealing displays, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.
- Stock Management: Assist with organising inventory, learning how to maintain an efficient and well-presented shop floor.
- Event Preparation: Support the team in setting up in-store events and external fittings, such as graduation gowning services.
- Shadow & Learn: Observe and train under an experienced professional, gaining real-world insights into high-quality retail operations and visual merchandising.
