We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to help develop and deliver our recruitment, talent and acquisition strategy and attract the best candidates to opportunities at Leeds Federated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to the point of offer
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work within a pressurised environment responding to multiple issues, demands and competing priorities
- A proactive problem solver with a passion for talent sourcing and placement

Leeds Federated is a housing association with around 4,500 properties across Leeds, Wakefield, and North Yorkshire.
