Job Title: Graduate Sustainability Consultant

Location: Borough, London

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: 37,5 hours, Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm (or as the job requires)

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join our team in our vibrant London office. In this position, you will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing Recorra’s cutting-edge recycling initiatives. You’ll be visiting sites around the city, sparking awareness and engaging with clients to improve recycling rates and turn more businesses into recycling champions! Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on the commitments of Recorra’s Recycling and Sustainability Pathways for our clients
  • Carry out engagement activities such as Community Clean Ups, Recycling Awareness Days and tours of our facility
  • Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate and inspire individuals and groups on sustainable waste management practices
  • Collaborate internally to create engaging content to reach a wider audience and encourage participation
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive recycling initiatives

About you:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence diverse audiences
  • Good organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
