Here’s more of an insight into what you can expect day to day:
- Making and receiving calls to Customers to discuss existing broadband packages, booking appointments and up-selling
- Building rapport with your customers on the phone to maximise opportunities
- Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs
- Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great service
- Update databases with customer details and your activity
