About the role:
As the Accountancy Practice Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organisation by providing leadership in all operational matters. You’ll oversee activities to ensure compliant and cost-effective management, working closely with an ambitious team and a fantastic Director.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA)
- Experience in preparing Statutory, Financial, and Management Accounts for small and medium-sized businesses
- Experience in assisting clients with Cash and Budget management
- Prior experience in an Accountancy Practice within Client Accounting
- Supervisory experience, including allocating responsibilities to teams
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in directly managing your own client portfolio
