Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours p/w (Saturday working on a rota of 1 in 6 will be required)

About the Role:
Signia, based in plush new offices in Manor Royal are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, fun team on a permanent basis providing an excellent service to our B2B customers
This role provides proactive, quality customer service for all UK sales accounts by the effective handling of a range of enquiries from our customers. This involves fast and accurate processing of orders, inbound & outbound communications, including Live Chat with added administration functions to support our company sales activities
About you:
- Previous experience in a call centre with customer service.
- You will specifically be required to answer a high number of incoming calls and perform sales support duties using our CRM system (Salesforce).
- You will provide product information to our customers and resolution of queries in relation to orders
- You will have an excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills and strong organisational abilities along with intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- You should also be highly organised in time and task management, have a good record of pace and delivery and the ability to remain neutral and positive under pressure
- Previous experience of taking a high call volume per day, coupled with order entry experience within a Customer Services environment is essential, as well as excellent spoken and written communication skills
