What you’ll do:

  • Collate and upload required documentation to customer shared files/ web portal systems
  • Monitor priority customer portals for updates and issuing of Work Orders/Purchase Orders
  • Arrange permits/authorisations for engineer site visits
  • Monitor shared email inbox and distribute emails appropriately
  • Provide support for internal sampling process
  • Be part of the hunt group for the team and answer customer calls and redirect where required
  • Update and submit out of hours data as and when necessary
  • Organise hotel and travel bookings in line with business requirements
  • Follow IMS processes and procedures and maintain accurate information on ERP system.
  • Liaise with Service Coordinator team and other internal departments as necessary to meet customer requirements
