About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Please note that we are not able to offer sponsorship to candidates, therefore candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK and live a commutable distance no further than 30 minutes from Yeovil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship and materials
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients
